All day dining in our classic Grill Room

Inspired by the clubby, sophisticated Grill Rooms that first became popular in New York and London in the 1920s, the Colony Grill serves classic dishes from both sides of the Atlantic.

Handsome, comfortable and flatteringly lit, with murals of classic American 1920s sporting venues by San Francisco artist John Mattos, the Colony exudes old-world glamour.

Signature dishes include lobster à la Russe, New York hot dogs, omelette Arnold Bennett, chicken pot pie, red velvet cake and do-it-yourself ice cream sundaes, with an equally eclectic wine list that takes in European classics and a wide selection from the New World.

"It serves food you want to eat, in a room in which you want to linger… A gleaming gem." Tom Parker Bowles, The Mail on Sunday

"Timeless grace and old-fashioned elegance, with impeccable service throughout." Guy Dimond, Time Out

"Corbin and King are past masters in creating a special-occasion atmosphere without a lot of fuss and faff." Tracey MacLeod, The Independent

Proud winner of the Tatler 2016 'Best Front of House' Award for "the art of professional but ever so gracious hospitality"
