One legacy of this spirited game of tag is brunch: invented over here and jazzed up over there. A leisurely fusion of breakfast and lunch, this cross-cultural hybrid has sailed across the pond and back, and is all the better for it.
BRUNCH
A delicious fusion of American flamboyance and British charm, the Colony's Brunch is back on the menu on Saturdays and Sundays, bringing together pancakes and egg dishes with salads and grills, and two special roasts on Sundays.
S'MORES
Invented across the pond around 95 years ago, the S'More is an utterly delicious fusion of toasted marshmallows and graham crackers. Our version, available now on our outdoor Terrace where you can toast your own, is made with our special chocolate cookies. A very more-ish winter treat.

Whether you are a Grand Master or an absolute beginner, join us in Gatsby's Room where you can order up a selection of games to play at your table. Chess, rummikub, backgammon, cards and more, sharpened by Champagne cocktails and delectable snacks. Just remember: there's no shame in losing, though it's always fun to win.
