Luxuriously panelled in banded cherrywood and walnut, the Lotos Room is furnished with leather chairs and an imposing 18-seater boardroom table for business meetings, but is equally suited to drinks or dining.

The Beaumont offers three fine rooms for private dining, business meetings, weddings and family events: the Lotos Room, the Sargent Room and the Munnings Room.
With interiors by the world-renowned interior designer Thierry Despont, these splendid rooms, with their elegant Art Deco styling, lend themselves to any number of different occasions, either for business or pleasure.
Whatever the occasion and whether there are 10 or 60 guests, a dedicated organiser will be on hand to coordinate every aspect of your event, with menus created by the chefs of our renowned restaurant, the Colony Grill.

The rooms are particularly suited for business meetings and seminars, being completely private, enclosed and adaptable, as well as being fully fitted with the latest audiovisual equipment for presentations and hybrid meetings.

Event spaces
Discover our three versatile private rooms, seating 10 to 45 people, with up to 60 standing.
Sargent Room
Enjoying natural daylight, the mahogany-panelled Sargent Room features dramatic paintings by Kees van Dongen and John Singer Sargent, along with a plasma screen for presentations.
Munnings Room
Our largest private dining room is lighter in style, with glamorous gold wall coverings. Perfect for both evening and daytime events, the Munnings Room has an equestrian theme, with paintings by Alfred Munnings and George Stubbs.
Exclusive use
Exceptionally, Gatsby's Room, adjacent to The Colony Grill Room, can be booked for private events on a limited number of days in the year.
Menus
All our menus are created by the chefs of The Colony Grill Room. Whilst we make menu suggestions, dishes can be combined in any way you want. Allergies and dietary requirements can all be accommodated, with advance notice.

For private dining, The Beaumont offers complimentary menu printing, place cards, flowers, tea lights, music, audio-visual equipment, and of course free fast Wi-Fi.
Optional extras can be arranged, include special flower arrangements from our in-house florist Pulbrook and Gould, seating, candles, chandeliers, wedding cakes and a personal bartender.
