Wine Discovery Journeys

After months of wearing masks, we are not presuming to suggest you now don blindfolds. In fact, for our new 'Wine Discovery Journeys' it is the bottles that will be covered.

Allow our Sommeliers to take you on a fun-filled, exploratory trip during dinner in The Colony Grill Room, with the aim of introducing you to new or perhaps unfamiliar grape sensations.

For £50 per head, they are offering a flight of four wines blind, classics as well as more surprising choices, chosen to match your taste preferences as well as the dishes ordered.

Available for tables of up to four guests, each guest can be offered a different selection of four wines.

All will be revealed at the end of the meal. And if you guess all the wines served (name and vintage), your wine flight will be on us!
