The Beaumont offers a fine room for private dining, business meetings and family events, whether a wedding or a birthday party: the versatile Lotos Room, approached down a sweeping flight of stairs.
The Lotos Room can accommodate meetings, breakfasts, lunches and dinners, as well as theatre-style seating and cocktail receptions.
Alternatively, we can also host celebratory lunches, afternoon teas and dinners in The Colony Grill and Gatsby's Room for parties up to 10 people.

The charm and glamour of the art deco era
Recently revitalised by Thierry Despont, the world-renowned interior designer and architect, this splendid room is panelled in cherry and walnut wood and furnished with leather arm chairs, a grand board table, vintage lighting and a bespoke Art Deco carpet. It has an ante-room for drinks receptions.

The Lotos Room provides a sophisticated setting for all manner of private celebrations and has hosted birthday parties, wedding breakfasts, Christmas lunches, as well as film premières and product launches.
Weddings
It is a wonderful, warm venue to celebrate a wedding with close friends and family. With its central Mayfair location and chic art deco backdrop, it works beautifully for small, intimate wedding festivities.
Pulbrook and Gould, our in-house florist, is on hand to create the most exquisite wedding bouquet and floral decorations; our Colony Grill Room chefs will prepare a fabulous feast, whether a wedding breakfast for 20 or a dinner for 45, and our sommeliers will suggest Champagnes and wines to toast the happiest of days.
Every detail will be coordinated by our Private Dining Manager, who will also be able to arrange overnight stays in one of our rooms and suites.
Business Events
The Lotos Room is particularly suited for business meetings and seminars, being completely private, enclosed and adaptable, as well as being well fitted out with the latest audiovisual equipment for presentations. Special daily delegate rates and working lunch menus are offered.
Extra facilities include a large plasma-screen television, a Policom voice-tracking camera for hybrid events and video-conferencing, surround sound and high-speed wifi, all discreetly serviced from a separate AV room.

A dedicated organiser will be available to coordinate every aspect of your event, with menus created by the chefs of The Colony Grill, The Beaumont's much-lauded restaurant.
For private dining, The Beaumont offers complimentary menu printing, place cards, flowers, tea lights, music, audio-visual equipment, and of course free fast wifi.
Optional extras can be arranged, include special flower arrangements from our in-house florist Pulbrook and Gould, seating, candles, chandeliers, wedding cakes and a personal bartender.
